On 8th August 2017, exactly on Tuesday, today i make a dish for lunch that is "Ayam Rica - Rica and Gulai Daging". Material and how to make it as follows :
Ayam Rica - Rica
Ingredient :
- Chicken
- Galangal
- Ginger
- Bird eye chili, Red chili, Green chili
- Shallot & Garlic
- Salt, Sugar, & Papper
- Lemon grass, Lime leaves, Cemagi leave
- Frying oil
How to make :
1. Clean the chicken and cut into 8 parts.
2. Heat the oil and stir fry spices paste until the smellis good.
3. Add the chicken into spices paste until evenly.
4. Add a little water and cook the chiken until half cooked and lift.
5. Grill the chicken with medium heat, and add a little spices paste on the chicken with a brush.
6. If the chicken is already cooked, put it into a plate.

Gulai Daging
Ingredient :
- Meat beef & Innhards
- Red Chilli & Bird eye chilli
- Shallot & Garlic
- Lemon grass
- Galangal
- Turmeric powder
- Lime leaves
- Tomato
- Salt & Papper
- Coconut milk
- Beef stock
- Frying oil
- Coconut milk
- Beef stock
- Frying oil
How to make :
1. Boiled the meat & innhard until soft & tender
2. If the meat already tender, lift the meat and set aside.
3. Add the shallot, garlic, red chilli, bird eye chilli, turmeric powder into food processor until smooth.
4. Add a frying oil on wook & stir fry the paste and add a lime leave, lemon grass, galangal until the smell is good
5. Add the coconut milk and beef stock and stir until mix well.
6. Add the meat & innhard, and stir until well
7. Add the salt & papper, stir well and wait until the spices soak.
8. If the mear already cooked, put into a plate.
